You will now be able to use a credit card when registering to pay for your registration fee. Please note that there is an online fee when paying using a credit card. If you do pay by check, you do not have to pay the online fee. All registration should take place online. All teams must submit a registration form. We cannot accept phone calls and e-mails as completing the registration process.

If you wish to change any information on the registration, just send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will update the listing.

7U, 15/16U and 17/18U: $175

New Skill Classification - Recreation
We have created a new skill classification for ages 8U through 14U – RECREATION. This skill classification would be for those in house programs that do not have enough teams in their Rec League to schedule against multiple teams and/or for those teams that may need more experience playing travel baseball prior to moving to the Rookie level. In this classification, the goal would be to try and regionalize the teams, have a balanced schedule (home and away) with a pre-set number of games each team would play, and no playoffs at the end of the season. Teams registering at this classification would not be permitted to schedule outside of other Recreation level teams.

2018 Bat Standards
Beginning on January 1, 2018, TSE will be adopting the USA Bat standard for League and TSE tournament play. The new standard will not have a drop-weight limit for ages 14 and below.

Bat Size:

  • 12U and Below: USA Baseball Marking -  2 5/8” barrel No BBCOR Bats
  • 13U and 14U: USA Baseball Marking or BBCOR .50 -  2 5/8” Barrel
  • 15U and Above: All Bats Must Be BBCOR .50. No Greater Than -3

Scheduling
No scheduling should take place until registration is closed and the coaches listing is distributed. Everyone will be notified the day and time the listing will be sent to the coach of each registered team. If you fail to follow protocol, your team and related contact information will not be listed on the coaches listing when it is distributed for scheduling.

TSE Tournaments
The schedule for the TSE hosted tournaments is listed on the Home page. A link to the registration can also be found there. Only those tournaments that TSE hosts will count as scheduled games and be reflected in the standings. We will maintain our relationship with Sports at the Beach. Games played against other TSE teams at SATB will also count. Further, teams playing there will have an opportunity to receive a discount (process is detailed on the Home page of our website).

Annual Pre-Season League Meeting
We will host a league wide meeting for all new coaches, teams and programs on February 22 (time and location will be announced in a future Update) to walk through how the league works, discuss rules and review the scheduling process. It is not mandatory, but recommended to help out the new coaches as they prepare for the season. In addition, the meeting is available to existing coaches if they have matters they wish to discuss with us in person.
