TSE Scheduling, Playoffs and Fall Update

Coaches Listing Release Date and Time
The listing will be sent out on August 23 (Sunday) as follows:
9:00am: 8U, 9U and 10U
10:15am: 11U and 12U
11:30am: 13U, 14U and 15-18U

We advise teams not to wait until later in the day to schedule as it may become more challenging in getting all the games you want. Scheduling is done by coaches working together and contacting each other via email, text or phone.

Scheduling Process
The Head Coach’s Name from the registration form will be the first name listed for the team and will be deemed the primary contact for scheduling purposes. The Assistant Coach’s Name is the second name listed. If you need to change, please let us know prior to scheduling so that we can adjust the listing.

Age Division
Except for the17/18U age division, ensure you are registered at your Spring 2027 age division.

Season Start and End Date
The season starts any time after August 23 when your team is ready to play and the weather is cooperative. The end date to the season is November 1.

Playoff Requirements
Playoff cutoff is October 11. Top eight teams by age division based on Overall winning percentage. Teams must play a minimum of 5 games. Playoff games must be completed as follows, no exceptions or extensions. If you cannot schedule your game and play within these dates, you should opt out of participating in the playoffs.First Round (game completed by) – October 19
Second Round – October 26
Championship – November 2TSE Sanctioned Tournaments
All games played during these tournaments count in the standings. This will help teams with adding games to their schedule and meeting playoff game requirements. The registration link to these tournaments is on the Home page of the website. The tournament director will forward us the schedule and results for all games played.

October 16-18, 2026 - SJ Sand Sharks Frenzy (8U, 9U, 10U, 11U and 13U)

Umpires
During the season, the Home team secures the umpires. The cost is split by both teams.

Confirmation of Games
Be committed to the games that you schedule. Ensure during the season, that a few days prior to the game that you confirm the game, location, time, etc. with your opposing coach so there is no misunderstanding of the game.

Baseballs for Sale
If you are interested in purchasing baseballs, please send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your request. We have baseballs on hand and will coordinate delivery of them to you. Cost is $53/dozen ($57 if ordering on-line and paying with a credit card).

Schedule only Registered TSE Teams
Please take notice of the teams in your age division when you schedule. Only those teams listed are registered with the League. There are teams not in the League that use an old version of the listing and request games because they try and be sneaky and won’t pay the League fee. If that happens to you, we will request you cancel those games and replace with teams in the League. Games versus any other teams are nothing more than a scrimmage game and will not be reflected in the standings. Click on your age division to see what teams are participating to date.
