2026 TSE Scheduling and Playoff Update

Coaches Listing Release Date and Time (Age Divisions 8U – 14U)
The listings will be sent out on March 14 as follows:
9:00 – 8U and 10U
10:15 – 9U and 11U
11:30 – 12U, 13U and 14U
Allow for a few minutes for each age division to be released within your designated time.
Scheduling Process
The Head Coach’s Name from the registration form will be the first name listed for the team and will be deemed the primary contact for scheduling purposes. The Assistant Coach’s Name is the second name listed. If you need to change, please let us know by end of day Friday so that we can adjust the listing. Teams will begin scheduling Saturday morning. We advise teams not to wait until later in the day to schedule as it may become more challenging in getting all the games you want. Scheduling is done by coaches working together and contacting each other via email, text or phone. Have your dates mapped out for availability prior to scheduling for efficiency when you start the process.
Have a blast message ready to send once you receive the coaches listing email from us. Let teams know your availability, when you have your home field and having lights is a plus early in the season. Work on your schedule once you receive the listing so that you are able to get the desired amount of games you want for your team. Working with the other coaches, you determine the dates and times of your games. If you have any questions on the scheduling process, please send us an email with specific questions prior to scheduling so that we may assist you and make it easy for you, especially for the new coaches.
Season Start and End Date
The season starts any time after March 14 when your team is ready to play, and the weather is cooperative. The playoff cutoff date is June 14 (8U-13U), July 12 (14U) and July 19 (16U and 18U). The end date to the season is July 19.
Skill Classifications
Teams can schedule and play against any team regardless of skill level. However they should work together when scheduling to prevent playing non-competitive games.

Teams must play a minimum of 6 games overall to qualify for the playoffs.
2026 TSE Scheduling and Playoff Update
Playoff Format - 10U to 13U.
National Division - Accept up to 8 teams. Start with all Major teams that request to participate. Major teams will be seeded above Minor teams. Seed based on overall winning percentage. If less than 8 Major teams, complete the bracket with the top Minor teams based on overall winning percentage if the numbers dictate in order to allow all requested teams to participate in the playoffs..
American Division - Accept up to 8 teams. No Major teams can participate in this Division. Determine the number of Minor teams requesting to participate less those teams playing in the National Division, if applicable. Seed based on overall winning percentage.
Scheduling and Playoff Format – 8U, 9U and 14U to 18U
Seeding determination for the playoffs would be based on the Overall winning percentage. We would take the top 16 teams (assuming that many teams opt to participate) for each age division. The top 8 teams based on Overall winning percentage will participate in the National Division playoffs. The next 8 will participate in the American Division playoffs. TSE has the right to change the number of teams participating in the playoffs based on how many teams are registered within an age division. TSE may also change the format based on how many teams opted to participate (e.g., 6 team format vs 8 team format).
TSE Sanctioned Tournaments
All games played during these tournaments count in the standings. This will help teams with adding games to their schedule and meeting playoff game requirements. The registration link to these tournaments is on the Home page of the website. The tournament director will forward us the schedule and results for all games played. Games from any other tournament are not included.
Umpires
During the season, the Home team secures the umpires. The cost is split by both teams.
Confirmation of Games
Be committed to the games that you schedule. Ensure during the season, that a few days prior to the game that you confirm the game, location, time, etc. with your opposing coach so there is no misunderstanding of the game.

Schedule only Registered TSE Teams
Please take notice of the teams in your age division when you schedule. Only those teams listed are registered with the League. There are teams not in the League that use an old version of the listing and request games because they try and be sneaky and won’t pay the League fee. If that happens to you, we will request you cancel those games and replace with teams in the League.
Games versus any other teams are nothing more than a scrimmage game and will not be reflected in the standings. Click on your age division to see what teams are participating to date.
