Registration – THREE WEEKS TO GO (Complete by March 5)
Registration is open for the 2022 season through League Apps. The link is available under the Registration paragraph on the home page of our website. We have added the ability to register as a program owner for multiple teams or as a single team coach. To register, you will have to initially (or what you previously created) log in creating a user name and password, thereafter the process is fairly easy. You are able to use a credit card when registering to pay for your registration fee. Please note that there is an online fee when paying using a credit card. If you do pay by check, you do not have to pay the online fee. All registration should take place online. All teams must submit a registration form. We cannot accept phone calls and e-mails as completing the registration process.

8U – 18U: $225
7U: $200

Season Timeline (Draft/Tentative)
March 5- Registration ends 8U through 14U

March 12 – Scheduling 8U through 14U (Time: 10:00am)

April 5 (6:30pm) – 7U Registration ends; On-Site Meeting: scheduling and playoff cutoff determination

April 23 – 15/16U and 17/18U: Registration ends

April 24 – 15/16U and 17/18U: Scheduling (Time TBA)

June 19 – Cutoff for playoffs 8U through 14U

July 17 – Cutoff for playoffs 15/16U and 17/18U

Scheduling Process
The Head Coach’s Name from the registration form will be the first name listed for the team and will be deemed the primary contact for scheduling purposes. The Assistant Coach’s Name is the second name listed. If you need to change, please let us know so that we can adjust the listing. Scheduling is done by coaches working together and contacting each other via email, text or phone on the scheduling date, no sooner (March 12). Have your dates mapped out for availability prior to scheduling for efficiency when you start the process. We ask that any new coaches/teams that have questions about scheduling, playoffs, reporting games and results, umpire assigning or any other general matters to please send us an email and we will address directly with you.

Season Start and End Date (Ages 8U – 14U)
The season starts any time after March 12 when your team is ready to play, and the weather is cooperative. The playoff cutoff date is June 19. The end date to the season is July 17.

TSE 7U Age Division – Rules Review and Scheduling Meeting, April 5 at 6:30pm
The 7U rules and scheduling meeting is mandatory for each team to attend as scheduling takes place at this meeting in addition to understanding the special rules in effect. The meeting will take place at the Washington Twp Baseball Complex (316 Grenloch Hurffville Road, Sewell NJ 08080) on Tuesday, April 5 at 6:30pm. Registration should be completed by that date.

We have baseballs on hand and will coordinate delivery of them to you. The cost is $47/dozen ($49 if you order on-line).
